Education: postgraduate degree
Qualifications:
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Interest or experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient-centered care approach
- Completion of McKenzie A and B coursework or functional understanding of the McKenzie Method preferred
- Manual therapy experience or strong interest in developing advanced orthopedic skills
- New graduates are encouraged to apply

- Strong knowledge of orthopedic physical therapy principles and treatment techniques
- Experience or interest in manual therapy and mechanical spine assessment
- Understanding of balance and fall-prevention treatment strategies

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients’ mobility, strength, balance, functional limitations, and pain levels
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and manual therapy techniques
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to maximize outcomes
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and safe movement strategies
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate with referral sources and healthcare providers to coordinate patient care
- Ensure patient safety and maintain high standards of clinical care
