Education: postgraduate degree

Qualifications:

  • Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Interest or experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
  • Strong clinical reasoning and patient-centered care approach
  • Completion of McKenzie A and B coursework or functional understanding of the McKenzie Method preferred
  • Manual therapy experience or strong interest in developing advanced orthopedic skills

  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and safe movement strategies
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with referral sources and healthcare providers to coordinate patient care
  • Ensure patient safety and maintain high standards of clinical care
