Physical Therapist Job in Warminster, PA – McCabe and Brady Physical Therapy is a therapist-owned outpatient orthopedic practice serving Bucks County. We are seeking a motivated, goal-oriented Physical Therapist for a full-time position beginning this spring at our Warminster, PA location.

This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that prioritizes clinical problem solving, superior patient care, and professional growth. You will practice alongside Certified MDT therapists and receive strong mentorship, making this an excellent opportunity for both experienced clinicians and new graduates.

The ideal candidate demonstrates critical clinical thinking, strong manual therapy skills, and an understanding of private outpatient orthopedic practice. Prior outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred. Completion of McKenzie A and B or a functional understanding of the McKenzie Method is highly desirable.

Education: postgraduate degree

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
  • Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred

  • Evaluate patients’ physical function, mobility, strength, balance, and pain levels
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
  • Implement therapeutic interventions using evidence-based techniques
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to optimize outcomes
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and safe mobility strategies
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with referral sources and healthcare providers
  • Ensure patient safety and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
